Caribsi offers digital software subscriptions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Subscription payments are generally non-refundable
- Monthly or annual billing remains active until canceled
- Users may cancel future renewals anytime
2. Free Trials
If offered:
- Free trials may convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before expiration
- Trial terms may vary
3. Exceptional Refunds
Refunds may be considered for:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors
- Unauthorized transactions
Refund decisions remain at Caribsi’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.
4. Third-Party Fees
Caribsi is not responsible for fees or losses related to:
- PayPal
- Stripe
- Chargebacks
- Currency conversion
- External payment providers
